2025 Golfweek New England Junior Open

Eligibility requirements: Any junior golfer age 13-19 at the start of the event and is not affiliated with a college golf program.
Format: 54 holes stroke play.
Divisions: Boys and Girls
Tees: Boys play approximately 6,700 yards; Girls play approximately 5,700 yards. (Approximate yardage based on weather conditions)
Conditions of play: USGA Rules of Golf shall be in effect.
Entry Fee: $299.00
Tournament registration includes: Three tournament rounds, a tee gift, lunch after round 1, and practice facilities.
Entry Deadline: 7 pm Friday, July 5 , or until the field is full
National Rankings: World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR) administered by the R&A and USGA, Junior Golf Scoreboard.
Schedule of Events:
Monday, July 7: The practice round must be arranged by the player. To reserve a tee time, players should phone the Ledgemont Country Club golf shop at 508-761-3300 and identify themselves as a Golfweek New England Open participant. Players also have the option to play a practice round at an earlier date and should phone the golf shop for details.
11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Player registration at the course. Registration is not mandatory, but players will receive tee gifts and other event information.
Tuesday, July 8: The first-round tee times start off No. 1 and 10 at 7 a.m. Players can have a "Grab and Go" lunch between rounds. The second-round tee times off of No. 1 and 10 start at 1:00 p.m.
Wednesday, July 9: Final round tee times start on No. 1 at 7:30 a.m. The awards ceremony will follow immediately upon the winners' determination.

About the Golfweek Junior Tournament Series presented by USA Today: The Golfweek Junior Tournament Series presented by USA Today Sports is now in its 24th year, with this being the 12th edition of the New England Junior Open. All events in the Series are nationally ranked by the Junior Golf Scoreboard. 54-hole tournaments are counting events for the World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR) administered by the R&A and USGA.
The Golfweek International Junior Invitational is the flagship event of the Golfweek Junior Series and annually boasts one of the top fields in junior golf. Entry is based solely on invitation or through a top finish in a Golfweek Junior Tournament Series event.
At stake: The top ten in each division of the Golfweek New England Junior Open will earn an automatic invitation to compete in the prestigious Golfweek International Junior Invitational Nov 1-2 at Celebration Golf Club in Orlando, FL.

Cancellation and refund policy: Any player who wishes to cancel from the event must notify Tournament Director Ron Gaines via email, rgaines@golfweek.com. Players who cancel on or before June 15, 2025, will receive a full refund less a $40 processing fee. Cancellations from June 16-30, 2025, will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations after June 30, 2025, will result in NO REFUND. These dates coincide with our payments to Ledgemont, so there are NO exceptions.
*Please note: Refunds cannot be processed unless a player cancels via email with Ron Gaines (rgaines@golfweek.com). Players who cancel directly through the tournament website are cleared from the portal and have no means of refund. There are no exceptions.
