A 54-hole stroke-play WAGR tournament

Qualifications: Men amateur golfers. THIS EVENT IS NOT JUST FOR COLLEGE-AGE PLAYERS! If your are a competitive amateur golfer you are eligible to play. Junior golfers in the 2026-2028 graduating class are eligible to play. Junior golfers can request a spot by e-mailing Lance Ringler at lringler@golfweek.com.
NOTE: All registrations are pending until approved by the tournament committee.
Format: 54 holes stroke play (Caddies are allowed)
Conditions of play: USGA Rules of Golf shall be in effect.
Entry Fee: $285.00
Registration Deadline: July 31, 2025
Tournament registration includes: Three rounds of tournament golf & range balls. Dinner at Social Cantina.
Practice Rounds: Practice rounds can be scheduled for Monday, August 4. Please call the pro shop at 812-855-7543 and let them know you are a player in the event. The rate is $55 and only for competitors.
Schedule of Events:
- Monday, August 4: Practice Rounds
- Tuesday, August 5: Round 1 tee times
- Wednesday, August 6: Round 2 tee times. Dinner at Social Cantina.
- Thursday, August 7: Final Round tee times.

Cancellation and refund policy:
- Prior to July 27th: Full refund minus $40 administrative fee.
- July 27th - July 30 a 50% refund will be provided.
- After July 31, No refund.
Please Note: Refunds cannot be processed unless a player cancels by email to Lance Ringler at lringler@golfweek.com. Players who cancel directly through the tournament web site are cleared from the portal and have no means of refund. There are no exceptions
